Work closely with salespeople to ensure seamless service and communication to clients from the early stages of the selling cycle through solidification of client relationships. System Analyst Qualification : Engineering graduate Experience : • Overall experience profile could be 4 to 6 years in IT. • Should have worked in small to medium size IBM Mainframe Projects as “System Analyst” in Off-shore/On-site environment. • Should have exposure in Designing Applications. • Should have hands-on experience in PL/I, IMS DB/DC, DB2 • Exposure to CMM Level 5 Processes is desirable. • Should have Good Communication Skills and Presentation Skills. • Domain knowledge of Life and Health Insurance is desirable Assistant / Executive Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce Experience : • 3 to 5 years in Billing, Revenue Assurance & Collection OR Finance and Accounts. • Experience in Telecom Industry / similar organizations is preferred. Collection • Follow up with customers and ensuring the collections for outstanding dues from them. • Resolving billing discrepancies with customers • In case of service discrepancies coordinating with Sales, ISG, Network, IS/IT for clarifications & resolving the issues. • Taking care of TDS issues.
