    The person would be responsible for:

    People who have knowledge in the area of making advances to corporates.
    The candidate should have knowledge of financial products like factoring, setting Bank Guarantees for corporates, giving limits for letters of credit, Term Loans etc.

    Candidates should have sound knowledge of reading Balance sheets of companies, Profit and Loss Statements, and various other methods employed to appraise companies.


  9. Credit & Customer Service Officer Factoring

  10. Position is based in Commercial Banking department. They deal with corporates having turnover of less than INR 150 cr. The incumbent will be part of a team of 3 officers handling Channel Finance and related products for corporates.   22.   Execute the cascade of performance measures at the level of the Staff Officers - including providing clarity of measurement services.
      Provide technical support to employees on resolving problems related to eTPM during the year.
      Conduct contact program meetings on a weekly basis with different officers in different functions  to identify and resolve issues impacting employee performance, drive migration of employees onto eTPM.
      Execute training programs for officers to educate them on MPI/IoA setting, performance counseling, performance feedback techniques etc.

  24. Job Profile:
      Map the HR processes, identify key processes, which can be enabled, identify technology options  available and create a HR technology plan with budgets as part of the business case.
      On approval of the business case prepare detailed project plans for the entire implementation  cycle based on the develop, outsource options identified in the business plan.
      Work with key customers (mainly different department users/top management) in the organization to understand user requirements of the customer and convert the same into technical specifications for the automation.
      Interface with other departments i.e. TSV, GLT and with external vendors where required during the project to create the required technology interfaces, evaluate technical options (i.e. compatibility of solutions with current IT systems, platforms etc) within the company to execute the project plans.     I Brief background on the job

    The job will deal with monitoring credit card transactions with the Card Products Division. It will entail calling cardholders based on cases created on the monitoring system (Falcon), data analysis, data interpretation, along with other forms of information collection etc.

    II The role requires:
      Prompt actioning of suspect cases created by Falcon on a 24X7 basis.
      Analyse cases created/not created by Falcon to confirm genuine / fraud transactions with the cardholder and recommend changes in rules to enhance effectiveness.
      Collate and analyse the relevant reports generated by Falcon & provide inputs for initiating credit/authorisation policy changes.


    III The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:

    I Brief background on the job :
    The person is required to undertake processing of capital market transactions on behalf of the bank's high net worth customers. The person should have some idea of the different types of financial instruments traded in the capital markets, though this is not essential as we have a rigorous induction programme to cover these. The person will be required to liaise with external counter parties such as Brokers / Asset Management Companies / Registrars etc and therefore needs to be a self-starter and a team player.

    II The role requires:
      To manage the processing of capital market transactions and ensure timely settlement.
      Monitor and action exceptions to mitigate risk to the Bank
      On the customer front the person will be required to interact with FPOs/ FPMs and PRMs.
      The person will be required to interact externally with counter parties such as Brokers / Asset Management Companies and Registrars.
      Will need to formalize service standards, monitor regulatory guidelines and internal operating guidelines.

    III The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:
      Graduate Degree from a reputed university
      Should have a working knowledge of AMFI / SEBI regulations relating to the capital market particularly the mutual fund industry (not essential).

  57. Collection Officer
  58. Profile :
    The candidate has to :
      Be a graduate with a min. of 50 % marks without any drop of year. (Preferably Commerce background). Post Graduates are avoidable, though we are not very strict about the same.
      Be fluent in English and should be confident while talking / communicating. Candidates who can speak Punjabi language also will be preferred.
      Candidates should have good negotiation skills.
      Have an experience range of 1 to 3 years ideally but for exceptional candidates, we can be a bit liberal in this.
    Candidate should have relevant experience in collections for at least 1 year.
      Customer service experience / orientation is a must
      Age group preferable is 21 to 25 years
      Working hours are normal. There are no night shifts.
      In terms of gender, there is no preference.

    I. Brief background on the job :
    This job is based in the INM PCM Operations function located in Worli, Mumbai. The unit is responsible for processing of transactions pertaining to PCM clients pan-India. Various activities/processes undertaken by the unit are INR & FCY cheque collection, Inward & Outward remittances, Bulk Processing (i.e. issuance of Interest Warrants/ Dividend Warrants, Pay orders, DDs, Company Cheques etc), ECS, EFT/SEFT, and managing IPOs as collecting banker.

    II. The role requires :
      Ensuring timeliness and accuracy in processing transactions despite high & variable volumes
      Managing/monitoring performance of outsourced staff onsite and vendors pan India
      Understanding the functioning of Correspondent Banks and Clearing operations both at branch and non-branch locations
      Ensuring non-standard requirements of customers relating to processing are taken care of
      Highlighting errors, conducting root cause analysis and taking corrective action to avoid recurrence

    III. The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience :
      2-4 years of general banking knowledge
      Exposure to Operations in any of the business units. Prior Cash Management experience would be an advantage however not necessary.
      Capability to manage teams/individuals across geographical areas
      Experience in transaction processing role involving high volumes and stringent deadlines would be an advantage
      Should be comfortable with using computers and have the aptitude to learn new system (i.e. Cash-In, the Cash Management Software). Prior experience on Cash-In would be an advantage however not necessary.

  69. Treasury Operations SO's
  70. Profile:
      Graduates preferably with a background in accounting. Additional weightage will be given to a PG degree/diploma or other relevant certificate courses in banking, treasury operations, risk management etc.
      Around 2-3 years experience in the banking/financial sector preferably in treasury operations or financial control is compulsory.
      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel and Word is necessary.
      Good communication skills (both spoken & written English) are required.
      Selected candidate would be on contract for a period of 2 years.
